I tried the falling ones but failed.
Still had a great time though, I saw some cool falling stars and got my first decent normal star shots ever.

1. Lighthouse under the stars

2. Stars (Is that the milky way on the right side?)

3. 30 minute exposure

The lighthouse under stars is my favourite, it is nicely different from star trails or the usual star photos, as it retains some colour in the sky and adds an important element to the photo. That I like a lot!

I agree, I love the lighthouse one..... Might even set it as my wallpaper lol. I am not even sure if my camera will take night sky pictures, have not tried that yet.

Just try it sometime. I was a bit sceptical myself, especially about the 30 minute exposure, but very pleasantly surprised.
