Sorry for the poor quality. It was taken at a very poor angle in poor light. Any idea what they are? I've never seen them before.

Not a guess by the way. It took me a while to get round to it but a little research and I got to the hub of the matter and never even spoke to anyone for advice......................................I'll get my coat😌

They look like wheel bugs to me.
