stuck aperture / 50mm 1.4 Sigma

I can't imagine needing or wanting to stop down further than 1/16 in studio. The backdrop post-work alone would be awful. Why didn't you lower your ISO or raise your shutter speed?

If your in the studio altering the shutter speed makes no difference

FWIW, my Sigma 85mm f/1.4 also only stops down to f/16... And I've only used f/16 once.

My Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 has a minimum aperture of f/22.
