Stupid question..

I have a Tamron 185D 28-300mm AF lens on my Pentax MZ-7 but I would like to get a digital SLR camera. Is the lens transferable to any digitals or are they completely different?

that's not a stupid question. a lot of people ask those. i believe you should check with the model of the digital camera. i bet Pentax or Konica Minolta cameras could fit that. maybe..

If it fits and works on a Pentax film SLR then it will fit and work on a Pentax digital SLR, no exceptions.

It won't fit on a Konica-Minolta or any other lens mount (Canon, Nikon, Olympus etc), but it will work on any Pentax digital SLR.

Like so many questions, the answer to this one is "it depends." Tell us more about why you're not understanding algebra. Are there lots of noisy people running around, and you can't concentrate? If so, then bananas in the ears, while an unconventional approach, may serve you well.

On the other hand, if the problem is that you live in a zoo, and monkeys are continually climbing on your head while you're trying to study, then bananas in the ears would be a decidedly un-productive way to deal with it. I'd suggest carrots.

Of course, if you're in the zoo because you're taking math from a chimpanzee, bananas in the ears might get you more one-on-one tutoring -- and that's never a bad thing.

So I guess the answer is "it depends."
