Suggestions for Silhouette photoshoot?

Hi folks. I just wanna ask what's the best setting for silhouette shoot?
I'll try to do a maternity shoot on a big window with daylight outside.


and also how to do a photoshoot with sun in background?

just expose it to the window (or higher) and use no flash.

With sun in the background, then use flash.
