So I'm really new at dslr photo and really don't know what I'm doing. Here's a few pics I think are ok. Any tips on improving them would be greatly appreciated. Shot with d5200 w/ 55-300 f/4.5-5.6 Ed vr2

Also I have no photo editing sw at the moment

The second one is great but would be better still if the horizon was horizontal, and perhaps some of the dark area cropped off the bottom. Ditto #3.

There's lots of free editing software around - Picasa, Paint.NET, The Gimp
