Sunrise at Nubble Light

Took these last week on a quick overnight trip. This was the morning of the eclipse. Sunrise at Nubble Light in York ME is always beautiful. Sometimes we just watch and sometimes I take photos. This was my first time there with the XT2. These were taken with the 18-55 and the 50-230.

Very nice! #3 and 2 are my fav. Is it just my eyes or does the last one look a little distorted? Something just feels off.

Heading back up on Saturday but just for the day! We'll try to get up there for at least 2 or 3 overnights before the end of the year. They do a cute lighting ceremony at the Light just before the holidays that we try to go to every year.

Thanks! Definitely not your eyes. I had to straighten and crop that last one quite a bit plus it's a merge of 3 different exposures so I may have wonked it up a little while I was messing around with it. But I liked the weird angle. The house and lighthouse are not exactly straight in real life so one or the other is going to be a bit tilted no matter what you do.
