While recognizing that it is a candid, and not a portrait, quite honestly, it doesn't do much for me. The expression says, "If I close my eyes long enough, maybe he'll go away". As well, someone leaning forward is never usually an ideal pose.

He did quite well, it's just too bad that keyboards don't allow the rotation of characters.
