The highlights seem a bit blown out to me, and that bothers me because I think they are distracting from one of the finest portraits I have seen in maybe a month or more.

I'm with Derel - I REALLY like this shot and I think the processing is perfect for her look, but the highlights are just a tad too bright IMO.
