Targus battery grip for 350D/400D?

Does anyone know about this battery grip? Does it perform well? Or should I spend the extra money for the Canon BG-E3?

I have one, and really like it.
When I purchased it, I annoyed the salesgirl to no end switching back and forth between the Canon. My verdit was that there is absolutely no difference other than the name brand.

It comes with 2 spare batteries and I believe it is cheaper then both the other ones mentioned. From what I have read it is exactly the same as the canon one. So far it has worked fine, the batteries have been good, and I have been happy with it.
