Great shot! Everything looks really good! I really like the DOF in this, very well done. The only thing I see when I get really picky with it is the rice or birdseed in her hair. That might not be a bad thing either really, it's just slightly distracting is all, but I think you did an excellent job with attracting attention to her eyes, smile, and wine glass that it's not really noticed.
