Sorry it's just the back is the central point of her photo, and because her back is covered in tattoos, and half hidden, I think you'd be better off either showing off all the tattoos or none...

you know it doesn't even have to be a "nude" shoot...

once with a model I left the room. She took her top off, and covered her breasts with her hands...

you could see about as much as if she were wearing a bra or bikini top, so she was comfortable, and I was able to get shots inclusive her back...

This particular shoot was commissioned by a belly dance agency, I shot 5 of their dancers over the course of a day and the emphasis was on photos for their agency portfolio. Am I making excuses for missing an opportunity? Possibly. I'm relatively new to studio work, your comments and suggestions will challenge me to think more creatively in the future. :thumbup:

... back to the photo, since no one has challenged anything other than the exposure and the missed opportunity of bringing out the tattoos, am I to assume it's otherwise a decent photo? :mrgreen:

Yes.... If that was fixed than I think it would be a terrific photo

It's been a few weeks since you made these comments Runnah and Vautrin but I have a shoot this afternoon with a young lady with tattoos so your advice will be put into practise.
Let's hope that I can do it justice. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Good tip. I have a shoot Sunday with two ladies, one of which is tatted up, large chest tatoo, and others. Gonna pull down the black and see how it works out.
