Okay I already know it needs work...lol So Ill just say thanks now for pointing it out. I am just proud of myself for have only been using photoshop for the last 4 days and a couple helpful websites to get even this out of photoshop. So yes in away I am excited of what I have been able to do. lol No not gloating, cause I am BY FAR a PRO! Hope to be there someday in the near future but it will take along of experience which I am working my way towards and being self taught this is an amazing accomplishment for me ...lol

Just perusing random posts and caught sight of this and felt through the lack of comments a desire to comment (and cause I wanted to help and you again peaked my interest into textified photos for the first time in awhile).

First- Good job on what you've done. I don't want to knock anything because it's further than I would have got on my own, trying to do something like this, but (there is always but)... I like the concept and where the image was headed yet I feel something is amiss. As you said, you're super new to PS so I wouldn't even come close to expecting something more (I was far worse off when I started with PS, so congrats with that ). So what I think... is that it currently just seems to me, like it's half way done at this point, because I believe you can do a lot more with it. I don't know if you looked up some tutorials or not, but check out this youtube tutorial when you get a chance because I think you were/are headed in this direction and it could look even better than it does now. Right now- the honest feeling I get is something along the lines of an image thrown through a cutout filter, gray scaled a little, with text superimposed on the image with a rainbow tint added on. I think if you go along the lines of this youtube video- but tailor it to your taste, it could be something really great (I would leave the sunglasses as they are- and just textify the face and hoodie, etc..). Sorry for the butchered grammar, it's late and I've had a long and physically exhausting day
