Thanksgiving Day Pic-C&C

This is a photo of my son I took on Thanksgiving Day. I took out background and used layers in Photoshop. What do you think? What can be improved?

I personally think the orange BG clashes with the red of the card. I think you could do slightly better job with the hair - it looks a little jagged. If you didn't already, make sure the anti-alias box is ticked when you're making a selection.

I didn't even notice the hair. I will also try and play around with the colors of the background.
