Thanks! That, my friend, is a Sandhill Crane. You can actually get pretty close to them without them freaking out. They seem to be very confident in knowing they can mess you up if need be.

lol! Suddenly, I see I've painted a target on myself for not only the bird but humans as well. I must sharpen my wits if I want to survive this .. this cruel world!
