This is a nice shot of a beautiful girl, though because you're shooting at a short focal length (50mm) her nose looks a bit exaggerated. It also looks like you missed focus slightly, it would be lovely if her eyes were pin sharp.

I'd maybe try pulling her over to the left a little more as well, I feel it would balance the frame a little better.

Other than that, a nice shot!
