Do you want constructive comments to help you improve your photography, or just a bunch of people to say, "Oh, wow! Great shot!"? Requesting people to "be nice" is NOT going to help you improve, because it gives the impression that you will be offended by any sort of negative comment.... Please be nice...

The request for being nice is incongruent with welcoming comments.

Good call if you want serious critique. There are a lot of people who post an image here thinking that it's wonderful, only to be told, that it isn't quite as good as they thought, and then ensues a "You hurt my feelings" rant. As far as your image goes, some good comments already. I will add that it seems slightly under-exposed, maybe 1/3 - 1/2 stop, and I'm not really seeing a clearly defined subject. The fence is interesting, and works as a leading line to guide the eye further into the image, but once it gets there, there's not a lot to see... It needs "something" in the vicinity of those two trees to really hold the viewers attention. Good start, welcome to the forum!...I will not use that phrase in future posts
