the forgotten past...

I took this photograph in the north-western province of Mozambique. These were old cement silos which were left by Portugese colonialists since before independence. Obviously it hasnt been in use ever since. This is an expression of the poverty, decay and pure raw feeling that you experience when you drive through this part of the world.
