I converted this shot to BW and used selective colouring on the soldier..

any comment would be welcome!

I think you forgot to convert into b+w some tiny part in blue and orange right next to his foot ... or at least that is a part that pulls my eyes and then does not let them go.
And the weather looks like actually this could also have remained all colour and we would not see the difference ... ok, the trees in the lower background are actually green these days...
What I like is your point of view. HAVE his hands and feet been made this large, really?

Yes, I think it was an IceTea can lying next to the foot of the statue...
I removed it

I think the hands and feet are well proportioned, but the POV makes them look larger ...

other then the two tree limb ends on the left side distracting the eye, I would say awesome work and POV. Very nice work.
