I have had some really fun close encounters in the past few days.. I'm trying to keep my postings down to a minimum so I don't bore you too much.. comments welcome..

I shoot a D300, and a really cheap beat up Tokina 300 F2.8 AT-X II with a Tamron 1.4x tc or a promaster 1.7x TC
There is a bunch more on my flickr page like #3. That Osprey landed on the same perch 2 days in a row with very different lighting..

CC, you keep raising the bar and you have done it again - great shots - particularly the "diving" ones. Just curious if the bird was successful in catching a fish with the dive? Do you have any "capture and post-take off" shots?
