My favorite hawk has returned! Love George. Also found a Great Horned Owl being harassed by crows... Not the best light.. Comments welcome and thanks for looking.

1 When I first saw George with the 7D M2

2 I wanted to see how the 1d4 would do with close up Hawk shots. The light wasn't great.

3 Cranked up the shutter and I hit ISO 8000

I like George, he is cool looking. Crows better be careful, those owls can be viscous, ask pigeons.

George is a very cool looking hawk. During the day, crows and Blue Jays harass owls like crazy. As soon as the owls start to wake up a little before dusk, Owls get very aggressive and the tables turn a bit. The crows get out of dodge really fast, lol...

Did you get a 1d Mark iv? George is looking good, and so does the owl! :) There are some owls 1/2 mile from my house, but I can never get close enough to them. :(

I got a 1dM4 that is oozing with magic bird dust. There is so much on it, I can barely pick it up.. This tells the story... Added a little more magic bird dust to pile today. | Photography Forum

    Thanks Danny
