Time of Day Trigger

Is anyone aware of a trigger that I can use that will allow me to trigger the camera based on a certain time of the day? I have the pocket wizards that will allow me to trigger the camera on an interval basis, but I need the camera to trigger at a specific time. If there is a homebrew option I am open to making the solution as well.

Many cameras can be triggered from smartphones, possibly with the addition of a cable or something, possibly without.

I would look for some solution that lets your smartphone (you have a smartphone, right?) trigger your camera. Then I'd see if there was a way to schedule that. Can you run an app at such-and-such a time? Can you find an app that does scheduling itself?
