I picked this lens up second hand for 250 euro about a week ago. i have been working since so have not used it as much as I would have liked but so far just playing around it seems like a great piece of kit. It is built like a tank, has reasonably fast focus and is sharp. It is only suitable for crop cameras. I only mention it here because it seems major value, but is relatively low key. It may be a low cost alternative for anyone looking for a zoom in this focal range. Well worth a look
