Like the idea, think the execution needs some work. If motion blur was your primary goal, I don't think the angle to the pier does it justice.

This shot seems to have included too much of the water. More pier, less water. Also, the cropped light is distracting. Might have been framed vertically to get the light and more pier.

It's actually a sunset picture but when I went for the long exposure to blur the water and people, it torched the sky so I thought I'd try a B&W conversion. When I went to B&W, the entire right side of the frame became useless. I'll see if I can try a different crop this weekend. Thanks!!
