UK meetup day 1 teaser

OK I got my films back! Not as good as most of the photos here but for the 1st time I'm happy with most of the portrait shots! (Must be the company I was in!)

1st one whilst I scan some more. This was less than 1 hour after meting everybody! You'd think we do this every year! :lol:

Ah, here is one of those photos that you took when you were standing on that iron fence... that of the Audley End House grounds and the geese.
Nice one of Mentos, but there CANNOT really be any not-nice photos of her, can there? No! There can't!

Oh, and cool frames, like viewcards. Very nicely done. I was thinking about doing that to my photos over in the "arty-farty"-thread on our meet-up (I framed some, as you can see), but my lettering always looks sooooo amateurish...

Yes those were some taken off the iron railings! Those spikes looked rather sharp! :lol:

Honestly! It was considered a possible weapon by the security control people in the airport and had to go from my hand luggage into the check-in suitcase! It has telescope legs (so it can "grow"!!!), and that fact, so Christiane and I were told, makes it dangerous! Oh yeah! Just look at the POINTY leg ends!!!

:roll: But well. I did not mean to use this tripod on board the plane, so what the heck...

You're sure, JonMikal? All you TPFers from elsewhere have not long got totally bored with "our" threads here???? We are afraid you all might no longer be able to even stifle your yawns about the meet-up! I have a couple more that come from the film which Rob let me use in his all-manual Pentax (my, what a change to my spoilt "mostly-on-automatic" self [CAMERAWISE!]).

I too have got quite a few more, mostly portrait stuff (I was practicing with so many willing subjects

)! I just tried to post some slightly different ones from what has already been seen.
