Do any of these cameras hold any real value? How much would you spend on them?

One word. Google. Don't be lazy, :xsearch each camera and see what comes up.

Condition, condition, condition.

Without photographs of them or detailed description of their condition, they are all worthless.

Head over to ebay and do a search for each camera - once done go to the left hand menu and select the "completed listings" option. That will show you all the recent sales of the camera and the price it went for. Check the conditions of those sale cameras so that you have an idea what the market will pay for what condition and also mix the search name up a little (eg Canon EOS 650 might also be listed under EOS 650, EOS560, canon 650 etc...)
