want to buy 5d mark ii body

I just sold my d3oo and am looking to make the switch to canon. I still have some nikon lenses and a sb6oo so maybe we can barter or trade? I'm a poor masters student but would love any offers any 5d owners can give me. I will need some lenses eventually so ill consider bunles too if we can work out a good price. Thanks!
