Veterans from all over New England joined in celebrations last night in honor of Veteran's Day in Providence, RI. I do not normally shoot landscapes but, I figured I would give it a try. Please share any CC on how I can improve.

All shot with a Nikon D5500, Nikkor 50mm 1.8G lens, and edited in Lightroom.

Looks like a fun event! I like the composition on number two a lot, and I think that the shutter speed was good for those flames but the aperture maybe stopped down a little less would have given a little more detail to the right half of the scene. Love the huge flag shot

I like the giant flag shot the best myself. I really tried to focus on composition using leading lines and rules of thirds. I agree exposure settings could have been better. I've never shot fire or night shots before so this was a learning lesson. I did use manual focus for the first time and feel like I was successful for a once lol. Thank you so much for your feedback!
