Wedding Contract questions

Okay so I've done weddings on my own before, but they were for really close friends and done as a wedding gift so I never felt the need to do a contract. Well I've recently been contacted by a former co-worker about doing engagement and wedding shoots, and they will be paying clients. So I'd like to know at least the bases of what should be covered in a wedding contract. A link to a generic one that I could alter to fit the details of the agreement would be great.

I had one member send me a sample of her contract. I also found a site that had several layouts from actual photographers, so I think I'm covered on that. If anyone else wants to throw some info my way though, I won't be ignored =)
