Weekly Challenge 1/2 - 1/8 Some special selected snaps spark success

For this week's challenge, post photos using the letter S as your inspiration. The photos can be of subjects that start the letter S or any other interpretation of the challenge that suits you.

Some examples: S could be for slow shutter speed or an S curve in the road or a snake. You can also post photos that depict a word or feeling: sparkle, shine, sad, solitary... Be creative with your compositions. Try to use the theme in multiple ways at once - a shot of a sad solitary snake in the shape of an S shot at slow shutter speed. Post as many challenge photos as you like.

As always - new photos only for the weekly challenge please. Must have been taken after this thread is posted. Get out there and shoot!
