Why did Olympus get left off the list?

Nikon and Canon each have about 35% of the dSLR market, so 70 or so out of every 100 dSLR owners will own one or the other.

All the other dSLR makers battle over the remaining 30% of the market.

Currently ? FujiFilm. What i'm gonna buy? Canon almost surely. Because you can get the same thing like NIKON just for a little lower price. A camera is as good as the photographer.

About my current fujifilm camera : (it's aim and shoot, not DSLR ) i hope their whole factory will blow up someday. i totally hate it but it's all i got for now.

Yep. Like. But, not the same. Think about why the price is lower for a Canon, even though they tend to have more MP than equivalent Nikon's do! :er:

I'd be curious on which brands (DSLR and NON-DSLR) have the largest fraction of the 30%.

I'ma probably a 1%'er.. lol Although I'm still fond of Pentax and Canon.. (esp Pentax).
