Yep, big head with different lighting.

shrunk her head
burned the face a little (lighting was a little harsh)
adjusted exposure and contrast.

The lighting and skin tone on the face still don't match the rest of the body. Why would someone's face be lighter then the rest of the body.

It still looks off somehow. Like those etrade babies. Her head just isn't sitting right on her body and the coloring is off.

You know what though? Besides all the comments on here, to the naked eye, they might not be able to even tell. People that aren't photographers wouldn't have a clue. It's not a bad editing job at all!
