I tried taking out the pointed tower and it looked so much better but I cant make the building look natural when I cut it down. Anyways... the building stays but I think this is missing something. Please CC... thank you!

1/4 of the image is just blue sky, seems like a waste... then there's this little dot at the top, it's a little distracting for me.

Yeah I was thinking theres a lot of dead space and then the moon. Should I move the moon closer?

If you're going to move the moon why not photoshop in a big moon? She is a witch right?

I think a shallower DoF would benefit this....

Also, what if you adjusted the white balance, did a tad of sharpening, and cropped it a little tighter... As an example...

Yeah that definetely helps. I checked out your site Sabrina I really like your outdoor shots, the last black family on the beach is a great picture. Your seniors isn't working for me though.

I love the crop! But about the wb...i wanted a bluish tone to it for the feel of it, and because it was in the late evening :)

Thanks! Only two galleries are working now... i have to reupload all the images because I sharpened them all.

Dramatic lighting to go with the subject

I think it's missing a visual "base" for her person...her knee is cut off, and it just doesn't "read" properly.

I hope this doesn't come off the wrong way, but it looks like someone went to the top of the building with their DSLR and snapped a pic of their friend in a Halloween outfit.... It is not a bad picture there is just nothing that makes me want to stop to look at it longer then 1/2 a second to figure out if that tiny spec in the back right sky is a moon or what???

What lens did you use?

Sabrina the subject is not placed on the building properly. You need to give more weight to roof space, right now the knee is literally on the edge of the roof and the foot is over the edge. Its not a realistic postioning and I think that might be a place to start to get a better balance for composition. I do like the sky the darker hue of blue.
