What is this?

These shots have an interesting tone to them, almost production quality like something you would see in a magazine and i have hard time figuring out exactly what was done here. Is it cross processing?

The first one just looks like an off camera flash, that was possibly not balance well with ambient fluorescent lights.

The second one is a bad HDR. Actually, the more I look at it, it looks like a bad composite, as well as a bad HDR. The perspectives don't match, and neither does the DOF.

The third one is the same, but not so bad. Boring composition though...

I think the first shot is pretty good, and rather pleasing to look at. Whether it was intentional or not, I don't mind the color balance weirdness, and think the image has pretty cool tones. The other two are your run of the mill over-processed interwebs photos in my opinion.

I think the 1st one the color is changed in lightroom or photoshop. I would agree that the 2nd and 3rd ones are HDR's. The second one looks like the car may have been masked and the buildings were edited differently.
