Exactly what I thought. Looks like some alien pod in the mist, similar to the pods in the movie, "Aliens" but with no creepy crawlies inside …. or are there?!

Thanks! I keep mine on my SL1 body pretty much all the time and my long lens on the t7i. Once you learn the lens, it is much fun if you're looking for an art lens.

Thank you. I thought the same thing when I saw it. My significant other just told me they are Columbine pods. You can see their small seeds in each section.
