The cheapest but a good quality fast lens (2.8) with zoom? I have a nikon, so sigma, tamron or nikon lens will do. Please and thank you!!

I checked. Nothing but crap on craiglist, and people upgrading from their kit lens. I also checked amazon, adorama, b&h and nothing. I realized its not gonna be "cheap" but im looking for a decent priced fast zoom lens for nikon. Possibly starting at 18mm-?? Is there a good popular one anyone know about?
