Wide Angle?

I am looking to purchase a wideangle lens. I have DXO, so distortion isn't a problem. I can't decide between the nikon 10.5 fisheye, and sigma 10-20.

The Nikon 10.5 isn't a wide-angle per se, it, is, as you've mentioned a fish-eye. While it's a great lens, and indespensible in some situations, it's not terribly versatile. You'll get much more use and enjoyment (I think) out of the 10-20.

The 10.5 with either DXO or Nikon Capture can be made a wide instead of a fishy thru software. The reviews claim it's tack sharp.

Tokina 12-24MM. As stated the 10.5 is a fisheye and not really suited to "wide-angle" photography as much as "fun" photography. If you want something more versatile get the Tokina.
