Worthwhile? (C&C please)

I've been searching through my amateur shooting for a photo that I can use to practice retouching. I came across this one and found it intriguing. So... I ask you all, is it a good photo to begin with? I don't want to waste time trying to make chicken salad out of chicken sh__... Referring to the photo, not the subject, of course.

Your thoughts? Strengths and weaknesses? Thanks.

Good or bad if its just for practice it really doesn't matter. When learning a new photoshop process I usually just practice on whatever photo I have that goes with what I'm trying to learn. Chances are I'm not going to post up my first attempt at something new I'm trying.

I get what you mean. I think it looks like a decent enough shot to get a lot of post play out of. Seems kinda soft but its clearly not full size so perhaps thats why.
