I have a YN468 that have only used only a few times but whenever I turn it on, it only stays on for about 10secs, only adequate for shot. I have pit new batteries in it but it's still doing the same thing. Is this normal? Is the a setting that I need to switch to? Thanks in advance

The unit likely has a power saving mode that puts the unit into a 'standby' mode. When all else fails - RTFM, again.
