Excellent, I have a 300mm lens and cant seem to capture birds like this yet! I dont think I'm quiet enough

This photo was actually taken at 165mm from inside. I was shooting thought the front door and he/she stayed on the near side of the tree right in front of me, from a distance of around 6 ft.
