This was one of the rides at the local state fair (MD) that we went to last night. I think I captured what I was looking for. Tell me what you think? Cropped too tight?

The colors in it are beautiful. What's the bright white light near the hub?

The composition doesn't totally grab me, but I can't think of any way that I'd like it better, either. It's a nice shot.

The bright white light near the hub was a flashing light. I was trying not to have it in the picture, but couldn't avoid it either. Here are two other shots of the same ride in motion, but I didn't like them as much because you don't see the people. In the original shot above, I was able to capture one person....
