adding shadow lighting to pic

Hi i want to make my picture like the black white one.., I don't know how, feel free to play about! , its for my profile pic . I don't have any programs to do it,. Thanks in advance

Do you have any camera ? This picture of you is no good for your purpose. You need to make another one in proper light conditions.

Interesting... you said it's yours. As a courtesy to the actual photographer, perhaps you could ask his or her permission before using the image?

OP. What you really need is called chiaroscuro. Here is a link to an example:
