Anyone knows about Adobe Lightroom...

I already have CS 3 and I don't what to spend $300 on something that CS 3 can do...

There is nothing that Lightroom can edit that can't be done with more control in CS3. But that's not the point of Lightroom. Lightroom is about workflow. About making mass changes, about viewing, sorting, and selecting photos quickly. It's about quickly doing 90% of the basic changes and then exporting into Photoshop to do the grunt work.

The two compliment each other.

Downloaded the trial version and totally not use to it. I guess it need times to get the hand on it.

As I said, it took me a good 6 months to warm up to it. I also purchased the Lynda.com's Lighting video tutorials, and man, if you want to learn LR fast in about a week, this is great. I liked it before, but after just finishing the tutorial today, I see at least 10 ways to remove another 25% off my processing times.
