He he....Who wants a test drive? Photo is HDR, incase you didn't notice.

It's an interesting subject in a nice setting, though I think the composition is a little boring. Maybe it's just me. I don't think you went too overboard on the hdr, though it's pushing it I think. I have seen much worse. I feel that you should not be able to tell that is't hdr- I wouldn't exactly say that I have an acutely trained eye and even I can tell.

Thanks for the feedback. Once it dries up I will have to try for better composition. The field was so wet pretty much every area except what is shown is under a foot of water or more. I had to set up on a pallet. The time of day also wasn't optimal I just happened to be there with my camera sort of scenario. Also I agree with you I prefer a realistic tone, which is what I normally employ, however for this one I wanted a bit more of a "painted" feeling.

Don't get me wrong, like I said I don't think it's "too" much, but it is nearing the limit for me. Also I wish I could help, but I don't know what you could do to improve the composition. I have the same problem, I can tell someone else that something doesn't look right but I myself can't make an interesting composition 90% of the time.

It doesn't look like it was a actually a high dynamic scene, making the HDR technique seem inappropriate, which is also why the tone-mapping looks overdone to me.

IMO, the photo needs the bottom 1/2 of the foreground cropped away.

You have "My Photos Are NOT OK to Edit" so I can't show you alternatives.

I will switch my profile. In the mean time feel free to crop away.

Also I agree it wasn't a called for HDR shoot, but I was purposely going for the borderline inappropriate tone-mapping. For right or for wrong.

Nice, I shall try that with the higher resolution photo. Thanks for the advice.
