I think it's early on a Monday morning and I need more coffee! Ohhhh.. you mean the photo...

A couple of things: One is that it appears very mid-tone rich; try bumping the contrast slightly to get some pure blacks & pure whites into the image. As well, there's an odd sort of vignette effect top and left but not right and bottom, which gives the image a slightly unbalanced effect.

Agreed! Great catchlights in her eyes, they really pop.
