BILORA TRIPOD - MODEL 2036

I just won this tripod on eBay. the price was right and someone here recommended the brand. Does anyone know anything about this tripod? What are your thoughts on it?

I love Bilora Biloret travel tripods. This looks to be of the same high quality I have seen in Bilora. This is a pan tilt. In theory it allows you to pan a shot easier. Enjoy - It looks to be a keeper.
