Calendar?

I couldn't find another thread posted about calendars. So here it is...
I am not professional, but I make a fairly decent amount of $ from photographing the local fire department. There was some interest from them about making a calendar for 2007. Can anyone tell me the best way to go about this? Having it printed? I have a design and pictures in mind but where do I from there?

I don't know an online place where one can custom design a calender.
If you are a mac user, iPhoto has more flexibility when it comes to calender design. They have several cool templates to choose from.
