Carrion Crow, Carryin' Carrion

While on a river side walk today this crow flew across over my head and landed on the opposite bank. It clearly had something in it's beak, which I thought was a dead rat. I tried to make it out but can't. Looks rancid what ever it is.

Aye, it looked pretty gross. It flew over from a field towards the river so I don't think it's fish. Could be just a bit of rotten flesh from a road kill or something.

Yeah, I noticed that, a human one too in the first. I wondered if anyone else would too. I'll have to check see if there's been any unsolved murders or long term missing persons in that area.

No, not a Raven. Very similar tho but a good bit smaller. I think Odin left our shores many centuries ago
