I think you captured the detail in the building well!

For me I don't like the way you cut the bottom of the building off, was this a lens focal length issue or was there something at the bottom of the picture you didn't like?

The feature less sky and the vignette has let your photo down. The vignette looks too rounded off. Slight burn round the edges would have been better.

That's just MY opinion.

The bottom of the picture was just hedge, I thought it might look better without it.

I would crop off the left side of the photo and show only building with sky above. I like the shot but it is a little dark.
