Custom albums companies that ship internationally

Hi, looking for a few album companies that ship abroad. In the U.S. I used Pictobooks and also have an account with Loktah, MpixPro, and WHCC... I think WHCC is the only one who ships international. Have not tried ordering to see the shipping rates and have never even seen a sample of their albums. I use a local company for photo books at present, but their color is not great with printing.

I love the style and quality of Pictobooks but the people of Tanzania can't quite swallow the price tag. If there are any companies who hover closer to a $400-500 option that also offer a custom photo cover, please share! I think one of Pictobooks designs comes close to a $400 one but I have to pay to ship to someone in the U.S. and then pay $60 to ship here....not counting customs. It would be less hassle to just ship straight to me.
